With all the crap Assurance gives almost everyone, who can we complain to about them! It really is annoying how inconsistent they are with respect to what phones are compatible.

I think it's unlikely your Moto G5 Plus will be allowed to be activated. It is not comparable (speed, screen size, etc) to the Kyocera, but it is minimally adequate.I just lost my job of 22 years ON MY BIRTHDAY because I didn't return to work fast enough.I am a senior citizen and have a lot of health issues and no one is going to hire me.However, since pay Lo was discontinued, it seems to be somewhat inconsistent in terms of what works and what doesn't. So what did they say when you told them that the Hydro Reach was listed on their site as a compatible phone? Lifeline Complaints Leave Assurance Wireless and go to Access Wireless.I still recommend looking up the old pay Lo phones, finding a couple that they want, then calling Assurance to verify that it's compatible before purchasing. Is there a list of compatible phones with Assurance Wireless? The phone is not working properly and I miss important texts. Is it that the one you got was not compatible with their network (ex. Tried online to get it activated on my AW services. They have better phones so you can better enjoy your free phone, text and data plan!

The service is great, however the phone is not that great. Unfortunately, there's no real science behind this as Assurance no longer publishes what's compatible. So instead of paying for the dump to get rid of them, some genius mind had the idea: Why not give them away to the lower class citizens and control them... I received 2 texts last week that I will be upgraded to 1 GB next month. Time will tell if the phone lasts, but for now, it meets my needs.
